With the aim to provide home building funds at inexpensive
conditions for government employees, the Oeuvre CGFP d’Epargne-Logement
decisively worked toward enabling the BHW Bausparkasse AG
to commence activities in Luxembourg.
After signing a co-operation contract, BHW began operations
on the 1.February 1977 as the first Bausparkasse with a
branch in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Thanks to the good co-operation between CGFP and BHW, we
look back on over 25 years of successful development to
the benefit of state employees.
With the tariff BHW Dispo maXX, BHW has introduced to the
Grand Duchy a building loan system, which is one of the
leading products on the German building loan market.
